Rapidor app collects fields which are part of personal information such as first name, last name, email address, mobile number, address, tax id, region, city and country.

Platform cooperates with mandated government and law enforcement agencies or to any third parties by an order under the law for the time being in force to enforce and comply with the law. Purpose of Rapidor app:
Rapidor app is used by our customers to take orders, collections and schedule meetings with the clients by their sales team. The sales team uses the app to visit clients and perform check-in/checkout actions, take orders and/or payment collection. There is a need to track the sales team locations both in the foreground and background so that the management can see in real-time the position of the salesperson. Also, they can see which all customers they have visited for taking orders and/or payments.
Location Access:
Rapidor app collects location data to enable Check-in/Checkout at the customer location, order taking a position, position of the payment collection, reimbursement distance calculation and knowing the current position of the salesperson during the day even when the app is closed or not in use.
The information collected is solely used by the customers who opted for the features for enhancing their sales team efficiency and best effort monitoring.
Deleting Your Information
If You wish to have the Personal Information that You have provided to us deleted, You can always do so by sending a request to us on the e-mail id of our Customer Services department provided at the bottom of this page. You may note that deletion of certain Personal Information may lead to cancellation of your registration with the Website and your access to certain features of the Website.
